Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept MasterCard and Visa.
What is the policy on drinking, weapons, smoking, and illegal substances?
Alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons are not allowed on the grounds, smoking is permitted by contract only and in designated areas.
How are emergencies handled?
MEDICAL: Each group must provide their own nurse and contact emergency services, as well as inform the manager of the campgrounds.
FIRE: All individuals will be accounted for by the local fire/forest department before leaving grounds, then everyone will be transported to a safe location.

What are the steps to reserve dates?
Check the “calendar” tab for available dates, fill out the reservation form, email to camp@azwhisperingpines.org.
What are the deadlines for payment?
Deposits are due immediately to hold the desired date and payment is due the final day of camp prior to departure.
Additional Booking Information:
Deposits are used to hold the dates until your camp arrives, that deposit is then used for cleaning and damages that they may take place. At the end of camp, if cleaning is completed and there are no damages done, the deposit can be used to reserve your next camp or can be applied to your invoice.
All camps are required to have liability insurance waivers that are due 60 days, and contracts are due no less than 90 days prior to arrival.
Do we get to choose our own menu?
Yes, you can choose your own menu for an additional cost or work with our food service manager to accommodate your needs.
Do you have a vegetarian or gluten-free menu?
Vegetarian or gluten-free options can be available at every meal, with advanced notice.
Are snacks provided by the campgrounds?
We provide snacks at an additional cost, ask about pricing and our Canteen options.
What activities are available at the campgrounds?
Archery, full court volleyball and basketball, softball/kickball field, and we can partner you with the YMCA camp for additional activities at their prices.

Will your staff clean my room each day?
As a campground, we do not offer housekeeping services to our guests. We hope that the beauty and serenity of grounds compensates for any missed amenities you might be offered at a hotel.
Do you provide bedding and towels?
Your group is expected to provide their own towels and bedding.
Can I smoke in my room?
Only if you are on fire.
What audio-visual equipment is available?
Our campgrounds provide audio equipment but your group must provide your own visual equipment.
Do you provide internet access?
Due to the thickness of the pines and location of our grounds, internet access is limited. Internet access is available for a nominal fee.
